Event hosts are responsible for:

- • Supervising attendees
- • Managing alcohol or age-restricted activities
- • Ensuring safety of participants
Post Honest and Appropriate Content
Users must not:
- • Post illegal or fraudulent material
- • Upload copyrighted content without permission
- • Share misleading event information
- • Upload inappropriate or explicit material
Gift and Potluck Responsibility
Users are responsible for items they add to:
- • Gift registries
- • Gift exchanges
- • Potluck or food sign-ups
Moderation and Enforcement
If these rules are violated, ShindigTime may:
- • Remove content
- • Cancel events
- • Suspend or ban accounts
- • Take enforcement action without refund
